About the distillery:

Casa Noble is produced in the La Cofradia distillery which was founded in 1992 by the Hernandez family. This boutique tequila is produced using carefully selected blue agave plants that meet strict requirements for water and high sugar content. At the La Cofradia facilities Casa Noble has its own stone ovens to slow cook the agave hearts. Ten stainless steel fermentation vats, 4 alembic pot stills, a sophisticated filtration system as well as a water treatment plant are used for the production of these triple distilled 100 percent agave tequilas. Only French white oak barrels are used for aging and only natural existing yeast from the plants is used in the fermentation process.

Casa Noble is currently producing four fine boutique tequilas, which includes a very limited Añejo matured in French white oak barrels for five years. Production is limited to 2,000 cases a year and sought after throughout the world.
