We sit down and have an intimate chat with Bertha Gonzalez Nieves, Co-Founder and CEO of Casa Dragones at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Hollywood. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use all the sound and video equipment I lugged around for our interview. As soon as I started taken some equipment out, I was reprimanded. I guess they didn’t want us recording any of the famous people that might be hanging out in the lounge. Fortunately, I hooked up one of our mics to a small recorder and we were on our way. We actually had to sneak around to do this and whisper into the mic to not get into any trouble. We left this recording in its unedited form. Thank you Bertha!
